The Law Offices of Marc J. Gold has been serving the
community by providing quality, fair, and professional legal
and mediation services since 1983. Marc J Gold's friendly
approach to law is positive and relaxed. Mr. Gold will sit down

Marc J. Gold Attorney at Law received his Bachelor's
Degree from Florida State University in 1978 and his
Law Degree, Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern
University in 1982.
Mr. Gold has been a member of the Florida Bar Since
1983. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator
in Family Matters, Circuit Civil and County Court. Due
to his extensive experience, he is often appointed to
mediate existing court cases so as to avoid a trial and
expensive legal fees.
Mr. Gold is a Qualified Arbitrator and has served as the
Administrative Traffic Hearing Officer/Magistrate at the
Broward County North Regional Courthouse from 1993
to 2008.
Mr. Gold has been in private practice since 1984 and
has been in the same office location since 1994.
Mr. Gold has given numerous seminars in collections,
guardianship, probate and mental health law. He has
taught at Nova Southeastern University as an Adjunct
Instructor.
